WebOct 12, 2024 · Thanks again Nancy but that didn't work either.The weird thing is when I uncheck that box the thumbnails show up in the adobe acrobat reader dc program and when I check the box the pdf logo shows up.Either way I do it the thumbnals don't show up in my documents folder.Hopefully,this problem gets solved soon. WebFeb 13, 2024 · the old trick to open Adobe reader and select open file and navigate to my folder with pdfs to force generating no longer works. By doing that explorer would then later show the thumbnails in its own. I even uninstalled under preferences the feature to allow thumbnails to generate and then reinstalled it but no joy. anyone else have similar grief ?
