The Change resolution tab allows you to, as the name implies, change the resolution. It also allows you to change the refresh rate. WebI went home, installed the monitor and in the nvidia control panel it says "The Selected Display is not validated as Gsync Compatible". I did a full shutdown, updated the displayport firmare, reinstalled the latest nvidia driver and even completely unistalled and installed it again and it still shows the same message.
